We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, please follow our RMA procedure retruning in original condition within 30 days and we will refund your money or exchange the item subject to return policy below:
 
-Discrepancy: 
Any discrepancy must report within 14 days from the order date. We were responsible any mistake that were before we shipped.
 
-Refund:
20% restocking fee on refund. Shipping cost is not refundable. No refund after 30 days from the order date. The product must be in original physical/functional condition when you return with original accesories.
 
-Exchange:
If you received a faulty item, you may request exchange it for the same item within 90 days from order date. 
 
-Damages/Shortages:
Shipping damages and/or shortages must be reported to us in 5 working days after received.
 
-Oversea/International Order Return:
For all oversea/International orders return for exchanged/repair, customer will pay both shipping in and return freight cost.
 
-NTF, No Trouble Found Returned:
There will be $45 labor cost per item plus shipping back charge, if the returned item were "NTF-No Trouble Found" after our in-shop test. Credit refund would not be granted if the returned item were NTF.
 
-All Returns:
Fill out RMA request form first. We will verify and notify you by email for the instruction of return, usually within 24 hours. Returns must be shipped via ground shipment only. If you return your product via a faster, more expensive shipper, you incur the expenses yourself and any request for reimbursement will be denied. Returned goods must be completed with all accessories in original condition and packaging. Shipper will be responsible all cost (product and shipping cost) if return goods were damaged during return shipping. RMA will be voided if we could not receive RMA within 10 working days after RMA# was issued
 
* * If your returned product does not match all applicable criteria listed above, it will be rejected by our Returns Warehouse and returned back to you. Consequently, your RMA will be nullified and any credit request will be denied and any replacement order will be cancelled. Our arrangements with our suppliers and manufactuers allow us no room to make exceptions.
