3. If you don't agree our quote, we will send your laptop back, and you will be charged $20 shipping cost (US 48).
4. After you agree the quote, we will repair and charge the quote

* 1 year warranty for the problem that we repaired
* $65 flate rate labor, plus the parts cost.
* If we can't fix it, we don't charge it.
